ahh this made me cry because it’s beautiful but… it’s 2012 and gay marriage is still an issue and being gay is still an issue and kids and adults are still dying because being gay is still an issue and people are still saying shit like it takes time and maybe in a generation and just. fuck. no. no, how can you even say that or believe that or think that it’s in any way okay for it to still take a generation before it’s okay to say “i love this person who happens to identify as the same gender as me and we are getting married anywhere in the world we want to get married and it’s okay,” instead of “i love this person who happens to identify as the same gender and we have to go to [here] to get married because they recognise us as equal citizens like heterosexuals.”
People are people are people. Support love and not hate.
